The Ultra Hygiene UH-CC-P1 is a professional-grade marble crystallizer powder formulated for the spray crystallization method. It reacts with the calcium carbonate in marble and limestone to create a hardened, glass-like surface layer that delivers a deep, long-lasting gloss finish.
How Spray Crystallization Works
The powder is mixed with water to form a slurry, then sprayed onto the marble floor. A crystallization machine fitted with a steel wool pad works the slurry into the stone surface. The friction and heat generate a chemical reaction that bonds with the marble, creating a crystallized surface layer that is harder and more lustrous than the original stone.
