UH-SV-ESD — Anti-Static Vacuum for Cleanrooms & Electronics Manufacturing

The Ultra Hygiene UH-SV-ESD is a precision-engineered vacuum cleaner that safely removes dust, particles, and contaminants from ESD-sensitive environments without generating static charges. In semiconductor fabs, electronics assembly lines, and data centres, even a small electrostatic discharge can destroy sensitive components worth thousands of ringgit. The SV-ESD eliminates this risk with a fully conductive and grounded vacuum system.

Full ESD Protection System

Every component of the SV-ESD is designed to prevent static charge buildup. The conductive hose has a surface resistance of less than 10^5 ohms, safely dissipating any charges generated during vacuuming. The grounding cable connects to the facility's ESD grounding system, and the conductive floor tools maintain an unbroken path to ground. The stainless steel tank body is bonded to the grounding system, ensuring no isolated charge accumulation anywhere in the system.

Cleanroom-Grade Filtration
